A Team Building event was organized last May 15 to 16 to unify the staffs coming from the different UPLiFT Programs. Also, this provided opportunity for the new recruits, especially from the Central Luzon and the Pangasinan programs, to meet the rest of their UPLiFT family.
For this year's Team Building, UPLiFT again headed north to Bahay Bakasyunan Resort in Iba, Zambales. The employees were divided into different Color Groups during the Obstacle Race and the Mixed Volleyball Tournaments. But, for the Cheerdance Competition and the Search for Mr. & Ms. UPLiFT, the competition was inter-Program. The rest of the time was spent having fun on the beach and enjoying the amenities of the resort.

As a micro entrepreneur, he made a promise to be a good example to others. He swore to always strive for success, with the help and guidance of his MFI, in the service of his family, his co-workers and his community.
