Members of UPLiFT’s Extended Mancom were gathered at LJ Grand Beach Resort in Morong,Bataan last October 16-18, 2025 for the annual presentation and critiquing of next year’s budget.
Unlike in previous years, a workshop seminar was counducted during the first day which was facilitated by Mr. Louie Sala, founder of Integral HR Consulting and Senior Director at BNI Philippines. The goals of the activity were to make sure that there is Alignment, Clarity and Readiness as the participants finalize their plans for 2026.
During the next 2 days, the Area Managers and Finance & Accounting Supervisors of UPLiFT’s 12 Programs presented their Operational and Financial Projections for 2026, which was reviewed and evaluated by the body. The serenity of the venue, with its proximity to the sea, helped in creating an environment open for healthy discussions.
