Following the success of the Path to Growth Training Program last year, UPLiFT, in continued partnership with Bagosphere, conducted the Path to Leadership Training Program as part of its commitment to strengthening its leadership and succession pipeline to sustain organizational growth.
Bagosphere is a human capability school that helps build the mindsets, skills, and human capabilities needed to thrive both personally and professionally. Through programs such as Path to Leadership, Bagosphere goes beyond technical training by focusing on resilience, communication, and a growth mindset. From its roots in Bago City, the Bagosphere has expanded its reach across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, partnering with organizations such as UPLIFT Philippines Microfinance Inc.
Activity: Problem Solving Tree & Analysis
The three-day training program, designed specifically for Branch Managers, was conducted in two batches, with Batch 1 held on January 28-30 and Batch 2 on February 19-21, 2026, both held at Raven Resort, Bataan. The program focused on equipping participants with leadership competencies essential to guide their branches toward strong performance and sustainability. The sessions were anchored on UPLiFT’s core values, with participants engaging in reflective learning experiences complemented by self-management sessions.

The training also emphasized data-driven leadership through hands-on activities, where Branch Managers analyzed real-life branch challenges to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
