Account Management Training for UPLiFT LDOs. UPLiFT conducted an Account Management Training for its selected Livelihood Development Officers this month of February 2020. The 2-day event was designed to increase their commitment and productivity by making them understand better the specific functions and responsibilities of their work as LDOs. There were two separate schedules for the North Operation group and the South Operation group, but both sessions were facilitated by the Executive Director, Sir Edmon Sison.
The first batch, which consisted of 23 participants, came from the South Operation, and their training was held at the Overlook Resort and Conference Center in Antipolo City, Rizal last February 6 and 7.
