The final leg of the Leadership Training focused on Performance Evaluation, held in two batches at Pine Breeze Cottages, Baguio City . The first batch took place from January 16-18, 2025, with 28 participants, while the second batch was from February 6-8, 2025, with 25 participants facilitated by UPLiFT Executive Director, Mr.Edmon Sison and HR Supervisor, Ms. Rhodora Reyes.
The first day of the training began with a recapitulation of the previous leadership training sessions, covering the first to third legs, to refresh the participants’ understanding. Following this, the discussion centered on the Performance Evaluation tool, highlighting its importance and application.
On the second day, Sir Edmon Sison, our Executive Director, facilitated a session on the UPLIFT Accomplishment, Performance Management Cycle, and its four key components. The session provided valuable insights into managing and assessing performance effectively, empowering the participants with essential tools for leadership growth and organizational success.
The training at Pine Breeze Cottages served as a critical culmination of the leadership journey, equipping participants with practical skills to implement performance evaluation strategies in their respective roles.
