UPLiFT opened its 3rd branch in the province of La Union, at the municipality of Bacnotan, last October 05, 2023. The event was attended by guests from the Central Head Office, who were joined by staff members from La Union Program. A pastor officiated the simple office blessing, followed by the ribbon cutting with Ms. Lisa Dingalan (Finance & Accounting Manager) and Mr. Zaldy Mena (Operation Manager – NORTH).
